Pet Tags
The pet tag is the most efficient and least costly of any form of pet identification.
Tips to ensure your pet isn't lost for good
If you are often away from home, put your vet, groomer, neighbor, or a relative's number on the tag also.
If you are moving, it's a good idea to get your new tag early and have both addresses on the pet while you move.
Keep the tag current with your correct address and phone number. An incorrect tag is like having no tag at all.
Cats need tags too. Be sure to ID your cat with a pet tag on a break-away or stretch collar, and replace it if your cat decides to loose it. It's a small cost to insure your cat isn't destroyed in a shelter. (see stats below)
